Another weekend in the kitchen

Today I made 10 pints of salsa and I still have ripe tomatoes to deal with!

I'm tired of being in the kitchen so tonight I vow to clean up my scrap space. It's embarrassing to admit to all of the stuff I have that I have good intentions of using and never do.
